About the position: Achieve branch technician utilization, sold hours, productivity and productive efficiency targets set by the management Ensure Fix It Right Process is following to achieve score set target by the management Time clocking process deviations Plan job and resource for next day by referring appointment sheet and submit report to management. Seek and give advice with service advisor for revise delivery time as per the load in production line. Send carryover report with proper explanation to management in daily basis Provide job leveling among the team. Coordinate with technical team for cases Maintain planning board About you: Automobile related diploma / ITI certificate / Diagnostic Technician or Equivalent Valid UAE Drivers license Supervisory skills 3 years experience as a workshop controller / planner / supervisor Automotive background GCC experience preferred |
