Job Description:
Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to make sure we serve our customers in Middle East well by providing good service and support. This includes both reactive, such as solving a breakdown, and proactive in terms of service inspections to ensure proper maintenance. To your help you have your team of Service Technicians, as well as other supporting functions within the organisation.
 
You are responsible for leading your Service Technicians to ensure that all support (service, repair, inspections, installations etc.) is effectively utilized, coordinated and planned according to customer’s requirements. This also includes competence development, to support and administrate our company safety policies and programs, and budget responsibility for your team. You will also work close with your colleagues in Customer Care Technical Sales as well as New Equipment Sales and together visit customers. You will have sales objectives for parts, service and service agreements and be a member of the Customer Care Region West team.

To qualify for the position, we want you to have a degree within a technical field and at least two years’ experience managing people. As you will work in Middle East, mainly United Arab Emirates, it is a requirement that you speak Arabic and English fluently. If you have any additional language skills, we will be very happy since we are an international company. Previous working experience from a similar industry are considered an advantage as well as experience from Lean Manufacturing.
