What you will be doing: Ensures the smooth running of the Spa according to the established concept while providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. Provide an exceptional experience to all guests, promptly handling any guest comments, complaints, or concerns with discretion and urgency. Prepare revenue, P&L and budget reports. Manages areas of operation to budget by reviewing operating statements, budget worksheets and payroll progress reports. Manages Spa controllable expenses such guest amenities, professional products, and other supplies. Control ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability. Provide managerial support to Spa colleagues, including scheduling, training, providing constructive feedback, performance reviews, and recognition Your experience and skills include: Previous leadership and management experience in a luxury spa environment or international hotel chain will be an advantage. Effective communication skills and pleasant personality are a must. Excellent sales and marketing skills. Guest oriented. Knowledge of driving spa revenues and excellent sales & marketing skills.
