Job Description:
The goal of this position is to continuously provide customer excellence and sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility. Utilizing your strong forwarding and market knowledge, you will drive service improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services and features.

Your Role
In this role, you as the Sea Logistics Customer Care Location Manager will be leading, directing and optimizing a team of Customer Care Specialists of the Sea Logistics Customer Care Location (CCL) in Dubai, UAE.

Your Responsibilities
Focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation through highest levels of service quality
Ensure best-in-class customer onboarding
Foster collaboration with operational and commercial key stakeholders, along with sea logistics management to optimize the customer experience
Focus on continuous improvement of processes and controls, including customer complaint management, aiming for a consistent delivery against the customer promise
Provide leadership and direction to the Customer Care Specialist team
Promote, plan and achieve talent identification and people development within the Customer Care Location
Ensure delivery against all financial targets and strategic objectives of the Customer Care Location

Your Skills and Experiences
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or a similar discipline 
Minimum 5 years experience in the logistics industry with a focus on Sea Logistics 
Experience in leading teams preferably in a multi national environment 
Excellent knowledge in Sea Logistics and operational procedures
Ability to work on own initiative and to deliver agreed actions on time
Excellent command in English language, financial acumen and analytical skills
