Contributing/compiling sales proposals as requested by global sales teams (GST) from outside our region for opportunities within our region,
Assist with he processing of the sales leads as received by the web referral systems
Input, update and maintain the CRM system
Collate the documentation and co-ordinate with our Internal KYC team in order to support the KYC process
Set up meeting appointments with clients for the initial sales call
Attend the sales calls to ensure that we provide the necessary proposals
Follow up with clients to enquire about outstanding proposals
Compile and maintain our weekly/monthly reports for the different sales meetings
Ideally a graduate in the HR, Accounting-Tax or Company Secretary disciplines,
Good data analytical capability, strong in either Excel or databases,
Excellent English, both writing and oral capabilities, as there is a large component of customer interaction,
Attention to detail, and good/systematic in following up.
