The Candidate
As  Sales Manager, you will join a committed Sales team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on your feet’ during changing situations is also essential.

You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Key Responsibilities
Analysis of local market trends and competitors to identify business leads
Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and support business development
Lead and manage key accounts to ensure increased revenue & customer satisfaction
Maintain meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers from key leisure, PCOs, corporate accounts and travel agents
Develop emerging markets through tactical packages to drive sales and increase hotel awareness
Grow and maintain share of inbound leisure markets from assigned account markets and contracting and developing relationships with local DMCS and international operators.
Attend revenue meetings to provide competitive market intelligence to assist in setting revenue and pricing strategies for the hotel.
To reach agreed goals and to deliver incremental revenue
To observe the market and competitors, draw up analysis of competitors (rates, trends, customers, product changes) and market statistics
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings through sales calls, client events, entertainment, FAM trips, etc.
Clear understanding of the hotel’s business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals
Report on a weekly/monthly basis appointment, calls made, and list of business leads
Represent the hotels in various trade shows, events, and exhibition in the assigned markets.
Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients
Maintain and grow the business of existing accounts based on targets set.
Define annual sales action plan and execute set actions accordingly.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Previous 4 – 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry with relevant background
Strong interpersonal skills to develop and foster beneficial relationships especially with business partners
High level of passion in the Sales including F&B commercial, enthusiasm and drive for result
Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
