| An established organization in Investments seeking an interim support Work with the leadership team on HR intiatives About Client An established organization in the Investments industry based in Abu Dhabi Job Description Provide generalist HR guidance to the executive team and employees Translate employee metrics and provide data analysis to the leadership team Provide day to day employee relations with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation Prepare documentation for new hires, promotions, and exits Support recruitment activities Manage end-end off-boarding boarding process Identify training and development opportunities Administer compensation and benefits, including budgeting, monthly payroll, and annual incentives (bonus and long-term incentives) Conduct salary benchmarking The Successful Applicant Must be available and commit to a 6-month fixed term contract, which may turn into a permanent opportunity although not guaranteed. Must have experience in either financial services, investment management, government or legal practice Strong numerical capability, excel knowledge, and data analytical Strong stakeholder management, handle a variety of characters What’s on Offer This is a 6 month contract requiring an immediate start. Will need to be in Abu Dhabi office 5 days a week. |
