As a EPI Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers and will lay the groundwork for an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for generating business by identifying and servicing new customers for our products and services. You should enjoy the challenge of getting people interested in flexible packaging solutions and generating customer leads. Join our team and we’ll provide you with an exhaustive training that you need to launch your career to the next level. Experience in Plastic,Aluminium disposable packaging. HORECA experience preferred. Good conduct with packaging traders and retailers. Engage with prospective customers in retail locations, educate them about EPI’s product and services offering, discuss new technology available in the market and answer questions they may have Facilitate new leads and obtain orders in line with personal and sales team goals and objectives Collaborate with back-office to provide samples, track shipments, address any queries customer might have regarding products/shipment etc. Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers on regular basis and provide weekly update report to upper management. Your performance will be measured by your ability to generate new customer base, engage and maintain good relationship with customers in addition to generating new orders. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Finance/Communication/Engineering or related fields A positive attitude, self-motivated, competitive spirit, resilience, integrity and the ability to deliver generate sales leads and maintain excellent customer relations You should be a quick learner, able to quickly gain and display a deep understanding of Web Plastics Company’s business, product and service Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Prior experience generating customer leads in a quota-driven, customer-centric sales environment preferred Proficient with email, MS Office Products, latest business applications Valid driver’s license All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision Sales/Customer service: 3 year Lead Generation: 3 year |
