Job Description:
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To provide administrative support across the Technical Training Department and contribute towards providing sufficient visibility of training performance, through the efficient and timely flow of information, in order that effective decisions can be made.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 
Key Responsibilities
Management of all day-to-day office administrative duties.
Coordination and distribution of office and training stationary, equipment and other fitments.
Coordination and distribution of training staff/apprentice uniforms and PPE.
Compilation of Engineering & Maintenance staff training calendar to be distributed to Line Managers and Engineering & Maintenance Senior Coordinator for rostering purposes.
Focal for staff training requirements and training facility bookings.
Compilation and weekly/monthly reporting of student attendance, performance, sickness and absence to Head of Department and Payroll.
Supporting department meetings though the creation and distribution of agendas and minutes and ensuring appropriate follow through, whether internal or external.
Act as focal communication point for the department in the absence of the Head of Department.
Act as focal communication point for external vendors and training providers in relation to obtaining airport passes and providing training rooms.
Act as focal point for new joiners and coordinate all joining formalities.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent) 

Education / Experience Specific Requirements
Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 1
Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree – if applicable) – 3
Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements
Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
IT Literate with good MS Word, Excel and Power point skills. 
Demonstrable skills in the effective organisation and execution of multiple and complex administrative duties.

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
