Commercial Quality Intern Scope & Dimension of the Role LOCAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Responsible to support ME and DvM Commercial Quality to develop and implement the local Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure fully compliant products. Work with local functions to develop and maintain all relevant procedures in line with the requirements of the Global associated policies, relevant codes of practice and GMP/GDP and local requirements. Ensure that QMS is maintained in a state of inspection readiness. Ensure processes are in place to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the local QMS. Ensure that improvements to products and procedures can be identified and fixed. SPECIFIC INVOLVEMENT IN QMS PROCESSES Change Management: Facilitate the development and maintenance of robust and effective locally-based change control system (using Quality one) to ensure compliance. Deviation Management -support and raising and closing the deviation, Training: Support in conducting Training all staff in commercial organisation on the requirements of RECKITT Quality Manual and connected QMS/GDP and associated policies. Issues/ complaints management: For quality issues/ complaints originating in the commercial function, carry out investigation and apply corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Internal auditing: Responsible for implementing the local audit programme covering: at commercial unit in Middle east and North Africa, at 3rd parties (Distribution Centres and Embellishers) and other service providers under scope of responsibility. External auditing: Support in for providing CAPA for external audit and implementing actions accordingly at commercial unit, at 3rd parties (Distribution Centres and Embellishers) and other service providers under scope of responsibility. DC’s and EMBELLISHERS Support in compliance assessment and qualification of Distribution Centres & Embellishers handling RECKITT Products, supporting Supply Services. Support the preparation of Technical Agreements (TAs) for Distribution Centres & Embellishers – ensure all quality expectations are included (e.g. change management, product handling, product release, responsibilities). Key Skills and Knowledge required: Knowledge in Quality Systems Management (ISO). Primarily a detailed but broad knowledge of all aspects relating to the Quality Management in Healthcare / Pharma or FMCG environment. The job holder is expected to understand and act on implications which may not be apparent to those without the expertise. Sound knowledge of Regulatory Environment (Local & International). Must always be up to date regarding knowledge of GMP, GDP and Regulatory requirements. Sound analytical and statistical ability to assess potential or real defects in the quality system.
