| Job Description: |
| We are looking for a recruiter for one of clients based in Dubai. The ideal candidate: · Must possess experience of hiring housekeeping cleaning staff, multiple cuisine chefs, security guards, drivers and other staff required by VVIPs/HNIs Families living in UAE. · Should be able to Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing screening tests. · Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements. · Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process · Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Qualification: · Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field · Minimum 5 years of experience of hiring for VVIPs/HNIs Families living in UAE. · Candidates working for hiring agencies performing similar duties are welcome to apply. |
