| Transform the way the world runs networks The Opportunity Sandvine is looking for a creative and talented Project Coordinator to help us with specific projects and products running on Public & Private Clouds, Virtual, COTS, and Appliances. The Job Monitoring the daily progress of assigned projects Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders Assisting team members ensuring they have the resources needed to complete assigned tasks on time Organizing/archiving reports and project documentation (Acceptances , invoices, contracts, and other financial files) Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. Planning and organizing project logistics Providing administrative support as needed. What skills you bring: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study. 1-3 years of experience in a related field. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks including project management software. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
