|ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is an educational services and products provider headquartered in Dubai, U.A.E. that offers scholarly content to academic institutions throughout the Middle East and North Africa and delivers bespoke trainings for institutional clients.
This role is responsible for administrative support and logistical coordination for the Training & Consulting division, making sure all departmental activities are delivered with high-quality standards.

YOUR TO DO’S
Preparing & formatting different documents (presentations, attendance, feedback report, etc.) before and after training activities
Supporting the online delivery by attending the workshops, interacting with participants, providing technical assistance…
Organizing files according to standards and keeping records
Updating tasks on project management tools
Updating calendars and setting up online activities
Creating online forms and online shared documents
Gathering and managing data

Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Advanced to Native English)
Professional and very organized
Must have good problem solving skills, punctual & reliable
Competency with the Microsoft office suite (good Excel and Power Point skills), project management software tools, and folder management
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
Minimum of 5 years professional experience, preferably within an international organization
Ability to speak Arabic is a plus
Experience in the higher educational sector is an advantage
