Job Description:
a premier medical facility, is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to be based in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

Acting as the point of contact between the facility owner, senior management team and internal/external clients
Screen and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handling requests and queries appropriately
Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Making travel arrangements
Taking dictation and minutes
Sourcing office supplies
Producing reports, presentations and briefs using the latest Microsoft office application
Devising and maintaining office filing system

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
A bachelor or diploma holder
With minimum 5 years of PA or EA experience, of which 2 years in providing top level support to senior management
Should have an excellent command of English and Arabic language
Strong experience in using Microsoft office application
Willing to work and be based in Abu Dhabi
Have worked in a medical/healthcare facility
