Job Description:
Meet and greet clients in the One Stop Shop (OSS), making sure they are attended to promptly, explaining services and the business set-up process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company services and their associated support literature.
Coordinate with OSS back office personnel to ensure the prompt delivery of services to customers.
Update the CRM database with new contacts and client information.
Provide reports and analysis as required by the line manager.
Promote the Free Zone and One Stop Shop services to prospective clients.
Attend meetings with new business setup leads in order to contribute to growth in sales and customer base.
Coordinate/communicate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the development and execution of CRM in order to provide consolidated client information, and generate key client accounts reporting to support KPl’s.
Liaise between customer and Government Relations Department on matters such as UBO, go AML, ESR works – to send a notification to customers, to attend training courses.
Apply consistent CRM approaches/discipline and standardized forms across CRM and OSS processes in line with relevant policies, processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma in business, administration or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is an asset

Preferred Experience:
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service in a service organization or call centre
