Job Description:
What you’ll be doing  
The objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the merchandising team including running reports and analyzing sales and stock figures whilst working closely with the junior merchandise planner.
The role is a key support to the merchandising team to maximize commercial opportunities through the effective management of inventory, driving sales through improved availability and forecasting and reducing mark down and maximizing profit.

Area of responsibility:
Support in providing weekly sales reporting and summary of key performance indicators relating to sales, stock, profit, and markdown versus budget and last year
Support with maintaining key files (Master Orders, OTB templates) that drive the planning process throughout the season
Providing crucial support to the Merchandising team taking an active role by analyzing sales trends, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining stock levels
Work with the Purchase Coordinators to control deliveries, allocations, and replenishment
Responsible for ensuring that markdowns are in line with the markdown calendar and the brands carryover lists
Key contact for merchandise reporting and all aspects of merchandising processes and system use

Essential Skills and Experience:
Preferably graduated with a bachelor’s degree in science or business-related fields
Fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge of excel and MS office
Passionate about product, strong market, and brand awareness
Exceptionally organized, methodical, and efficient.
Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines.
Pro-active in their approach to tasks and development.
