Role Purpose:
To role of the Marketing Executive is to assist the marketing team in all aspects of marketing, relationship management and administration to ensure a successful roll-out of marketing campaigns, offers and promotions across Leisure, Entertainment and Cinemas.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Delivery & Support
Assists the marketing team to develop and implement the annual communications plan.
Executes integrated marketing and communications plans based on the overall marketing strategy.
Prepares monthly marketing reports and post campaign reports and identifies areas of improvement.
Prepares monthly card tracker reports.
Conducts basic research, analyses market conditions and competitor data to support overall marketing strategy.
Executes purchase requisites, recording and maintain marketing expenditure (POs, invoices, booking orders and voucher inventory) when required.
Records and tracks all LPOs.
Helps with social content gathering in the UAE and management of key stakeholders for content across the region. 
Manages relationships with the mall social media marketing teams to ensure regular communication on all offers are shared with them in a timely manner.
Maintains, protects and consistently communicates the Leisure, Entertainment and Cinema brands, including its vision, mission strategy and positioning.
Manages all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
Maintains internal and external communication and relationship with key stakeholders, property owners and partners.
Assists the marketing team in developing relationships with key brand and media partners for cross promotions and barter deals to minimize advertising costs and keep a competitive advantage.
Manages requirements and requests from internal stakeholders.
Sends out weekly memos to internal stakeholders ensure they have the correct marketing materials and update them on promotions.
Reviews and follows up to ensure product displays collateral correctly and everything is up to date.
Organizes required permits including but not limited to activations, promotions and premieres.
Maintains and manages the monthly audit of gift vouchers where applicable and when required.
Live Events:
Attend live events that take in place at our sites in the UAE, assisting the operations team with the guest list and ensuring the event runs smoothly.
Assists marketing team in executing events, high-profile visits or any promotional events.

Performs any additional ad-hoc duties as and when requested by the Line Manager and/or Head of Department.
Maintains flexible and agile to take on any additional responsibilities requested by the Line Manager and/or Head of Department or the Business.
Functional/Technical Competencies
A good understanding of marketing, branding and online trends.
Must be a creative thinker with a complete understanding of the marketing mix and the role each marketing channel plays.
Strong understanding of the importance of maintaining brand standards along with program consistency and continuity.

Arabic language is preferred.
Minimum experience
A minimum of 2-3 years marketing experience within the Entertainment, leisure or marketing agencies.
Experience in broad marketing and current on digital, loyalty, branding and online trends.
Minimum Qualifications/education
Graduate in business or marketing discipline
