Manager Resourcing leads the Resourcing and Mobilization function in fulfilling recruitment requirements globally. This includes:
-Sourcing competent people within the specified timeframe.
-Ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained at all time.
-Making sure the Right Person with the Right Skills are in the Right Place at the Right Time.
The role should focus on the hiring locally in the market we operate and develop them internally.
Who will fit:
-A bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Management, Psychology.
-8 – 10 years’ of directly related work experience in a Senior Resourcing and Mobilization Manager role in a multinational company.
-Leading a Team.
-Knowledge of working in International.
-Ability to work in matrix environment.
-Ability to work in a demanding operational environment.
-Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
-Ability to demonstrate and deliver a consistently high level of service to all stakeholders within key deadlines and meeting effective metrics
