Job Description: |
The Job Responsibilities Sales support Prepare technical offers and commercial offers for customer inquiries Prepare tender documents involving internal stakeholders Communicate directly with sales channel partners on regular basis to complete actions planned by Sales Managers and to inform internal sales info etc. Respond to online and direct dial inquiries from customers on product/application/service clarifications involving internal stakeholders Follow up with customers and sales channel partners on submitted commercial offers for projects and tenders and update Sales Manager accordingly Order processing Perform technical and commercial clarification of customer orders involving internal stakeholders and assist in order entry process Prepare direct sales agreements, follow up with sales channel partner for supporting documentation for direct sales and archive agreements with documents Follow up with order processing team to provide regular updates to customers and sales channel partners on deliveries Data management Administration of client master data (SAP R/3), address data base, project lists & sales opportunities Regular follow up with sales channel partners to update sales opportunity in partner sales exchange database Act as the key user of sales tools & funnel opportunity tools for sales channel partners Provide application support and conduct training to sales channel partners on sales tools & funnel opportunity tools Your qualifications University Degree or Higher Diploma (preferably Electronic / Biomedical field) with 2-3 years working experience in Customer Support/ Internal Sales department of an international company, preferably in the medical devices industry, in preparing technical/commercial tender documents and sales offers. Skills, special competencies, or certifications Advanced knowledge of data-based Order Management Tools Customer orientation Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook) Proactive attitude; information seeking; able to work independently Quality oriented Open; easy to communicate with Good team player Learning agility Intercultural Experience Excellent spoken and written English, Arabic is a plus |
