Key Responsibilities Drive FIVE’s Human Resources Strategy with style and finesse, monitoring its execution to ensure the achievement of the objectives. Facilitate and coordinate Performance Management across the properties, ensuring effective execution so that colleagues can participate, receive feedback, and be given relevant opportunities to develop. Support and drive recruitment activities with a Best-in-Class approach by identifying opportunities, and planning, communicating, and driving Recruitment Open Days. Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for recruitment purposes, fostering a strong network that brings in top talent. Play a pivotal role in creating the FIVE Tribe Member Journey, curating a personalised experience that showcases the Boundary-Breaking ‘Vibe at FIVE.’ Manage key appointments ensuring timely and effective recruitment and onboarding and kick-start the journey of new FIVE Tribe Members with a welcoming approach. Implement and drive Colleague Engagement activities, plan the colleague engagement calendar etc., and track effective engagement action plans across all departments, creating a Visionary and Industry-Leading atmosphere of celebration and excellence for the FIVE Tribe. Direct the delivery of Colleague Relations Services, including colleague grievances and disciplinary matters, with a positive attitude, ensuring a harmonious and effective work environment. Drive colleague recognition, reward, and engagement activities to instil a sense of glamour and excitement through ‘FIVE-Styled’ celebrations and noteworthy rewards. Regularly analyse and review Human Resources statistics to identify trends so that attention can be directed to key issues and resources adjusted accordingly, staying at the forefront of the industry as an Award-Winning and Industry-Leading organisation. Regularly observe the colleague cafeteria meal quality and the sanitation/hygiene practises of staff, giving immediate feedback to appropriate individuals to ensure the maintenance of the highest standards. Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or equivalent qualification from a renowned University. 3-5 Years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. Regional experience, an understanding of cultural and market differences in relevant countries. Strong knowledge of key Human Resources frameworks, including employment law and talent management. Proficient in budgeting for large-scale projects, ensuring financial excellence. Capable of developing, articulating, and implementing luxury-focused business strategies. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, approaching challenges strategically. Commitment to delivering exceptional Human Resources services, exceeding traditional 5-Star standards. Collaborative team player with influential communication skills, capable of setting the perfect Vibe and fostering a motivational atmosphere. Proven track record in providing a ‘FIVE-Star’ Guest Experience, ensuring that Human Resources services uphold the highest standards of excellence and luxury.
