ABOUT THE ROLE 
The Temporary HR Assistant supports the Compensation & Benefits team with day to day tasks and help the team maintian the work load and achieve their goals. He or she will provide Temporary support while the team strive to attain their digitalization objectives.

YOUR TASKS
Knowledge of UAE Laws and ability to translate this in line with company policies and Payroll
Knowledge of Excel & Office 365
Final settlement calculations
Support with Projects linked to process automation for HR Systems,
Support with Projects linked to Payroll posting processing and audit compliance
Support with Projects linked to roll out of new Labor Law and contracts
Good communication skills ability to interact with all business stakeholders
UAE Work experience of atleast 2 to 4 years

YOUR PROFILE
To be a successful Temporary HR Assistant  you should be customer focused, keeping in mind the importance of each task with clear priorities and have an understanding of the UAE Labour Law related to each task. You must have excellent planning skills, be well organised and be able to handle large volume tasks in order to meet deadlines,
Good verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage
Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word & Outlook
Proficiency in learning & usage of computer systems and web based applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
Must have completed degree or equivalent in Human Resources or any other specification with experience in Human Resources
