Job Description:
Alshaya’s Central Production Facility (CPF) in Kuwait currently employs more than 150 people and manufactures food products for brands such as Starbucks. Now is an exciting time to join CPF as they embark on plan to improve, innovate and build additional revenue streams.

We create great tasting products and are continuously innovative with recipes and technology used in our world class food production facilities. 
We have two purpose built facilities, one in Kuwait in Farwaniya Dajeej area and the other is located in Dubai Industrial Park in Dubai, both locations are equipped with state-of-the-art food manufacturing equipment. We are in the process of building our first manufacturing facility in KSA which we are on target to open in 2022.

We produce quality products in a variety of formats, these are driven by  customer requirements. 
We are looking for a talented and motivated Head Development Chef for Pastry and Desserts, who will predominantly skilled in developing and pastry, desserts items with NPD & EPD experience. This could be a dessert Chef from a 5* Hotel, airline catering, high profile catering companies

Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
• Culinary Degree
• 5+ years of expereince in NPD, EPD. Developing pastry, cakes and desserts
• Expereince in large scale production 
• Knowledge of food safety and food quality requirements in a central production facility
• Basic financial understanding for recipes
• Solid expereince in taste and texture combinations and visual presentation
• Expereince in creating recipes
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working with deadlines and an open minded team player
