A- Leading the E2E finance integration process both strategically and tactically, as the primary POC for all finance tracks.
B– Creating the finance integration plan, organizing Day1 activities, and executing the ongoing integration activities through plan completion.
C– Managing and executing the finance communication strategy, tools, and cadence for project planning, status readouts and updates.
D– Coordinating the finance due diligence team activities and communicating all findings and impacts with Corporate Development Integration.
A- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
B- 6+ years of combined experience as a project manager or leading consulting projects.
C– Experience documenting, communicating and responding quickly to inquiries and challenges.
D– Proven leadership skills with experience working with a high degree of ambiguity.
