| The Company This established cultural business has enjoyed worldwide success and recognition and over the past few years has been at the forefront of the Crypto and NFT phenomenon. They are now at a point where they need to bring in an intelligent and hard-working Assistant to support their CEO. The Role You will work alongside this incredibly busy and in-demand CEO. Acting as his number 2, you will be the point of contact for the business in the Middle East You will take the pressure off the CEO by managing his inbox and diary, providing him with important updates and dealing with the day-to-day enquiries. With so many different projects running at the same time you will take ownership of most tasks allowing the CEO to focus on building the business. You will act as eye and ears for the CEO ensuring the rest of the team are fulfilling their tasks This is not a 9-5 role. You must be completely flexible due to the nature and scope of the business. In return, the CEO will allow you to work from where you please and if the work is getting done is happy for you to build your own working hours. The Candidate You must be super organised with the ability to manage conflicting and complex projects French is a must with Arabic absolutely preferred You should have either professional or personal experience in Crypto or NFTs and be social media savvy You will need to be based in Dubai, with easy access to Downtown as this is where most of your meetings will be Strong communications is a must as you will be engaging with high profile clients across the globe Salary and Benefits Salary dependant on experience Robert Half is committed to equal opportunity and diversity.
