As part of our team, you will: Drive and program manage cross-functional teams to drive recommendations to the RBC Head on business-critical objectives Support internal and customer engagements of both the executive and the MEA RBC head, ensuring proper preparation and follow-up for effective meetings and decision making Develop and enforce a set of analytics tools and reports for the market senior leaders to measure our progress on key business initiatives and objectives Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment is key Support the development of executive level presentations for both customers and internal clients Own and drive Critical organizational actions and activities on and behalf of MEA RBC Head Co-ordinates the below activities across RBCManagement Reporting Business Planning Change Management Business Administration Communication and marketing lead with internal and external stakeholders Lead & support Transformation programs & Integration efforts (when applicable) Various special projects Ensuring an effective Governance setup by: Facilitating the governance meetings chaired by the RBC Head Define and execute the Governance, incl. meeting structure, content, capturing and following up on actions, establish Steering Committees when needed Planning, scheduling and coordinating the yearly governance calendar. Steering governance related preparations while being in close contact with RBC units & across RBCs as well as with NI HQ Modern tool usage to further improve documentation and communication of decisions.
