| Purpose of the job Grundfod is hiring for a Store Keeper for Dubai location. The Store keeper performs tasks to support shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, performing and documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records and overseeing storage of inventory and goods for Grundfos. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the receipt and inspection of all incoming materials and reconciles them with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damaged goods and discrepancies on goods received. Control stocks as per approved policies and procedures. Ensuring safe custody of stock in the stores. Conducts stock checking as per requirement Responsible for maintaining an accurate location-based warehouse for easy retrieval of goods. Maintain records of stores transaction documents. Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. Determines work procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, and deliveries. Organizes packing as per packing lists provided in line with customers’ requirements. Responsible for organizing & loading of outgoing shipments. Picks goods as per Production and Marketing requirements. Ensures health and safety regulations are followed in the warehouse at all times. Ensures scrap material is disposed of as per agreed requirements. To perform all tasks assigned efficiently, technically correct, follow the company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Management. Responsible for their personal commitment to Health, Safety and Environment and of others who may be affected by their actions at work. Understand and follow the company HSE policy and ensure that they are equipped and trained to play their part. Immediately bring to the Management’s attention any specific queries or concerns relating to the workplace’s health, safety and environment· Required Skills Must hold at least High School/ITI/Diploma or have at least 4 years of related experience. Experience in WM systems with SAP. Perform general storekeeping and warehouse tasks; maintain accurate manual and computer records. Skilled in identifying and picking parts required as per picking list. Understand and carry out oral and written instructions. Drive light forklift experience Maintain cooperative working relationships. Additional Information This role will be based in Dubai.
