Job Description:
Job Summary 
He/she handles all aspects of negotiation and coordination process of local catering events. He/she executes and supports all catering sales-related activities as well as maximixing revenue oppurtunities in his/her specific area of responsibility, thereby contributing to the overall local catering revenue. 

What are we looking for?
Arabic Speaker will be an added advantage. 
Strong OPMS knowledge.
Ability to network, building strong & meaningful business relationships.
Experience in the local market 
Good operations background
Strong business communication  
What will you do?
Personally handle & actively supervise the management of Key Accounts.
Actively support group wide marketing initiatives in Events 
Establish & maintain files of hit lists accounts.
Handles all incoming leads as distributed by the Events Manager and converts them into confirmed business. 
Conducts site inspection and other sales activities, such as prospecting calls and tracing to ensure high business conversion ratio. 
Close monitor account revenue and production in specific area.
