|Overview of the role:|
The primary focus of the role will be to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to predetermined customers on specific areas and routes, reviewing relevant paperwork prior to delivery, loading, and unloading on a single car carrier by providing exceptional customer service to our client base. Ensuring the delivery documents are signed by the customer according to the company processes.
What you will do:
Co-ordinate with various departments daily and meet the strict delivery deadlines.
Vehicle movements between locations and customer site.
Yard vehicle movement and storage.
Staff Transportation and Messenger jobs such as documentation, cheque collections and number plate collections, salik tags etc.
Supporting with the receiving, inspection, preparation and movement of customer, display and demo vehicles.
Required Skills to be successful:
1.- Driving experience.
2.- Coordination experience.
3.- Documentation management.
4.- Time management skills.
About the Team:
Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader and will work closely with the Sales team and internal and external stakeholders.
What equips you for the role:
High School Diploma.
3 years driver experience in a company exposed to sales environment.
Relevant driving license category including license number 5.
