Role Profile Support written content creation and translations across all channels and drive brand consistency across all design requirements for Alshaya Loyalty as well as ongoing support for content requirements for Alshaya brands within Aura Manage the Aura social media platforms from content creation to community management Key Performance Areas Write clear, compelling copy for all mediums and media, on and offline (e.g. ads, newsletters, sms, app and portal) Establish campaign core messages and target audience specific content Develop content for all stages of the campaign across digital and social media and create presentations to support business requirements Support content and community management for current and future Aura social platforms Work with the creative team to build marketing campaigns Drive brand consistency across all communications Work with the creative team to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style Edit and proofread copy as needed Localisation of content per market Support the wider team through the coordination of content and design requirements for Alshaya’s Loyalty programme ensuring consistent quality, voice, messaging and brand adherence. Coordinate brands’ design requests to enable the creation of compelling and creative original content to grab the target audience’s attention and influence action Source 3rd party imagery as required, across multiple media Collaborate with internal marketing teams across the Alshaya business and the wider CMC team Support the sourcing of social media imagery for the Loyalty platforms Skills Required Essential Written and Verbal English and Arabic Strong demonstrated copywriting and editing skills Strong communication skills. Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience. Ability to adapt content to all Creativity, Resourcefulness, Flexibility, and Motivation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good problem-solving skills and a logical approach to work An ability to work to deadlines |
