|Overview of the role:|
Responsible for providing Support to Sales Team for wholesale Parts customers.
What you will do:
Preparation of MIS – Daily Sales / Margins reports at individual Salesman level for Truck & Car parts segments, followed by weekly & monthly reports. Preparation of monthly /quarterly targets territory wise
Attending to customer enquiries and sending the Price quotations. Assist Salesman in achieving the sales targets
Forwarding Invoice Copies and packing lists to customers daily along with the proof of delivery for Overseas Export customers. Daily coordination with Warehouse team with regards to Scheduling delivery and obtaining confirmation that deliveries have been completed
Handling the transporters invoices after proper verification of Proof of delivery. VAT documentation – Zero VAT invoices -follow up for collection of Exit documents and submission to Finance & Accounts
Coordination with Head Office for staff attendance / staff leave processing / office stationery / Staff Overseas Official tours – from proposal stage to getting the HO approvals for Sales team members to travel
Forwarding to customers and collection of Balance confirmation for Credit customers every month in Co ordination with the Finance & Accounts department. Customer parts claims handling follow up with sourcing team for obtaining credit notes from suppliers

Relationship building: Needs to have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.
