Job Summary
Responsible for the effective management and rollout of all S&D specific capability building initiatives across all countries

Roles & Responsibilities
•    Responsible for the effective management and rollout of all S&D specific capability building initiatives across all countries
•    Engaging the Leadership Team in Capability Programs
•    Identify priority capability needs & develop customized solutions
•    Developing the annual capability development program
•    Identify, Manage & Work with External Partners to deliver trainings
•    Manage Administration & Logistics of Planned Training Sessions & Workshops
•    Developing Best Practices & Ensuring Implementation across regions
•    Ensure new joiners undergo a through induction plan according to their roles & responsibilities
•    Monitor & review the progress of all trainings, maintain individual training logs for resources
•    Content Development i.e. Presentation, Booklets, & Trainers Guide
 
KPIs
•    Development & Implementation of the Training Calendar
•    Developing Best Practices & Cascading it across different regions and markets
•    Content Generation & Administration of Training Events

Work experience requirement
•    3 to 5 years of experience with sales and Learning & Development Background.
•    Minimum of 02 years of Sales Capability & Development in the FMCG industry.
 
Qualification
Masters Degree/MBA, Preference for a candidate
