About you
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
In your leadership role you will manage all aspects of the stewarding operation, ensuring that all areas adhere to Dorchester Collection values and enabling the hotel to achieve the highest levels of standards and service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You will work in collaboration with the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef and the Director of F&B to ensure optimum cleanliness of all kitchen and F&B BOH areas including banquet kitchens, all kitchen operational equipment and restaurant equipment.
You will be responsible for the control, up keep of par levels and issuing of F&B OS+E and bi annual re orders of all depleted and new stock lines.
You will have a passion to find the best stewarding talent and help to train and develop their careers.
Be able to supervise and coordinate all activities and stewarding personnel engaged throughout all kitchens and F&B BOH and the storerooms.
You will work hand in hand with the Hygiene Manager to deliver all legislative and DC related hygiene practices throughout the property.
