Job Description:
Conduct regular review of store operational process and identify opportunities for improvement which can results in topline or operational efficiency
Develop proposal to eliminate, improve and innovate process, tools and tech
Work with various internal stake holders to develop new process, tool, tech. Prepare business cases & get investment approvals
Prepare and refine backlogs, set milestones and priorities for project and define success measures
Conduct POC of new process, tech & tools. Plan and execute scaling across all stores including stability testing and governance
Own the Centrepoint Store Operating Manual – Conduct regular review and publish the updated SOP every 6 month (Next version due at July 2022)
Lead Centrepoint Loss Prevention Program – Work with stakeholders from various functions and territories to identify leakage areas and mitigate risks of losses
Act as CP SPOC for LMIT for any new technology, solution development,  (Design thinking, Solution Building, Retail innovation)
