| Our client is a multinational manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances and looking to hire a talented Business Development Manager with experience in achieving the sales objectives of the company and specify the brand. Duties Specify the brand to the leading developers, consultants, and interior designers in the region Actively involved in the organization in Dubai, sales process and ensure set sales targets are achieved Actively involved in project sales acquisition MIS on various business development activities Coordinates between Customers, Middle East office and the organization in Dubai. Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market Understands clients’ needs Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions Maintain the Business Development databases Support marketing activities. Experience 3-5 years of experience Preferably has worked in the same industry. Has experience in the interior design industry Proficient in MS Office Proven track record in achievements and key account management English is mandatory, Arabic would be an advantage |
