Job Description:
An Assistant Outlet Manager, in charge of the All Day Diniing & In Room Dining will be creating an environment where everyone in the department is focused on “creating that special experience” to deliver exceptional guest experience.

What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will oversee all outlet operations to ensure quality and service by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
To maintain the brand’s standards in Food and Beverage Service consistently at all the times.
Actively seeking verbal feedback from guests and team members at each service period.
Work closely with the F&B leaders to implement actions to make improvements to ensure guest service.
Positively dealing and handle guest complaints and comments with follow up and feedback to the F&B Leaders. 
Making sure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively while assisting on the floor during meal periods each day.
Be Pro-Active towards guests, assisting them with any reasonable requests, and training all team member to see these things before the guests ask.
To ensure all standards for Service Delivery as identified in the Guest Satisfaction Manual and the Standard Operating and Procedures Manual are consistently delivered.
To plan, prioritise, organise and control the day-to-day operation.
To provide and communicate clear targets and KPIs to the team.
To seek out and maximise departmental and hotel revenue opportunities.
Being aware of potential highs and lows in the business.
Identifying, communicating  and actioning potential sales leads.
Creating an environment where “everyone sells”.
To supervise the financial performance of the department in line with the profit plan.
To assist with selecting, training, coaching and developing team to meet current and future needs of the department and the hotel.
To ensure the health, safety and well-being of guests and all team member.

An Assistant Outlet Manager in charge of the All Day DIning & In Room DIning, serving Hilton Brand hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Previous experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager in a range of outlets.
Solid experience in leading an outlet in a luxury hotel.
Strong leadership skills. 
Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitality management, additional improvement programs in F&B.
Ability to demonstrate delegation skills.
Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
A passion for developing others to be part of a winning team.
