About the Job: We are looking for a fantastic candidate to join the modern British eatery team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, as an Assistant Outlet Manager. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Managing all aspects of the outlet including, but not limited to optimizing profits and increasing sales. Managing all operational issues ensuring Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the Food & Beverage objectives. Being able to actively implement strategies to increase the market share of the outlet Being able to identify market needs and trends in terms of food for both hotel guests and local market, and to monitor and analyze the menus and products of competitive restaurants Being able to drive the team to ensure that the restaurant goals are achieved Being able to maintain records and administration of restaurant is done efficiently Ensuring that the restaurant cash handling is done as per the laid down financial policies and procedures Ensuring that the highest grooming standards are achieved at all times About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Hotel School Degree, Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 2-year experience in a 5-star property. A minimum of 2-year experience in multicultural environment. Additional language of either Arabic, French, Spanish, Mandarin, German is an advantage.
