What you will be doing:
Verifying F.O cashier’s document for the day and ensure the backups are received for all the posting and forward to Income Auditor for further audit.
Forwarding city leger for the day with corresponds to Accounts Receivable.
Carrying out the reconciliation between POS (Micros) and PMS (Opera)
Carrying out all necessary checks on Paid outs and Cash Refund and forward to General Cashier
Check and verify the Laundry Bill, Valet parking charges, Miscellaneous voucher
Update the Opera’s cash transaction on the General Cashier Report.
Checking the negative posting for the day and highlighted to Income Auditor
Prepare weekly basis extension wise telephone reports and submit to all departments to review. Make sure all departments return the checked reports.
Reliever on the clerical task of All Finance area when staff on Vacation.
Your experience and skills include:
Written and verbal communication skills.
Organised and capable of managing more than one tasks at a time.
