Our aim it to unlock and curate the most valuable and exclusive closets from around the world.What do we offer?A young, dynamic and forward-thinking environment Fast paced and very short decision times for changes A canvas for you to truly excel 99% of uptime on sunshine About the role The Luxury Closet is looking for an Italian speaking VIP Admin Assistant who will work with the VIP Client Relations team, help in connecting and coordinating with the VIP clients, help acquiring new clients, maintain relationship with existing clients and provide exceptional service. If you have a passion for luxury products and fashion will enjoy the role! Responsibilities Assist the team in developing connections with new and existing consignors. Connect with consignors on emails, chats and calls to assist them with their luxury merchandise. Help develop and maintain relationships with existing consignors to increase business. Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including merchandising, accounting and customer service. Help the team achieve the monthly consignment targets for your geographic market. Develop and implement action plans to continually increase consignment with The Luxury Closet. Requirements Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets. Fluent in Italian and English Knowledge of multiple luxury brands is preferred. Strong customer service orientation. Pro-active service delivery attitude – willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach. MS Office expertise: Word and Excel. Extremely reliable and trustworthy. |
