| This global cryptocurrency organisation has a fantastic and unusual opportunity to join their world-renowned team as Travel and Logistics Manager. You will ultimately be their “band manager”- always on the road, coordinating the most complex and ever-changing schedules and of course dealing with some of the most prominent individuals in the world. Although there is already a sizable staff on the payroll, which you will manage, this is a new division within the company and will sit solely under your remit. You will have the autonomy to structure this department how you see fit. The team travels constantly, entertaining the elites and sponsoring some of the world’s most high-profile events. You will coordinate each and every trip ensuring they exceed expectations. Of course, schedules change and you must be prepared to respond rapidly to any eventuality. Due to the nature of their business, the team can do their job from anywhere in the world (so can you!) as long as they have their mobile technology set up. This sits under your remit and must be always at the forefront of your mind. Crypto is a 24/7 market and there cannot be a situation where they are not connected to their trading platforms. The team rarely travels without security – the coordination of such sits with you and you will be expected to ensure the safety and security of the entire organisation. They need someone who can not only plan and execute their complex travel plans but can also manage their ever-growing fleet of transportation. With over 30 luxury vehicles, multiple yachts, private planes and helicopters you must be well versed in dealing with management firms and preferably have your own connections to utilise. This role calls for someone who not only has extensive logistical expertise, is ridiculously organised and able to manage the most complex and high-profile schedules but also someone who is used to dealing with UHNWIs.
