| What you’ll be doing We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary content creator who has a natural appetite for all types of media and channels, with a proficiency and specialization in creating on-trend social media content in various formats. You’ll be the leading creator for all things corporate innovation: from brainstorming and creating social media content for SOL3MATES’ streetwear brands in all possible formats, to designing packaging, over guiding new virtual fashion collections on platforms like Roblox and Zepeto, to designing the wireframes and prototypes for new web platforms and app ideas. Your focus areas will be: Content creation for SOL3MATES (70% of your time) Coordinate Roblox brand REB3L Clothing (20% of your time) UI/UX + content for Corporate Innovation projects and new Group business models (10% of your time) What you’ll need to succeed Technical skills: graphic design is a must (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing is a plus (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), basic photography skills, understanding of social media platforms, basic Figma proficiency, basic CMS familiarity is appreciated (you can use tools like Mailchimp, WordPress, Shopify), and you have familiarity using generative AI (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion). You’re passionate about streetwear, luxury fashion, the latest trends and innovation, as you’ll be joining the corporate innovation team. Bonus points if you are into startups, streetwear and fashion design. You have a basic understanding of UI/UX design as you’ll design high level wireframes for new business models, web platforms and app ideas, however we don’t expect you to be an expert. We will facilitate learning & development in this area for you if needed. You have a minimum of experience and a portfolio that speaks for itself. You have a proven track record of creating assets in different media formats (video, photography, imagery, …) within deadlines. You are a natural go-getter and an ambitious person who can work in a startup team. The ideal candidate is self-steering with a strong entrepreneurial DNA. |
