| Experience handling Substations, Under Ground Cabling tender estimation or project experience Key activities: Study the RFQ documents , Understanding key technical, commercial conditions of English as well as French language Floating Enquiries to vendors and subcontractors for electrical equipments, Follow up with vendors for documentations with respect to bid requirements. Make site visit as required for different countries/ client Networking with internal and external stake holders for collection of techno-commercial offers, documentations etc., Evaluate the offers of various materials, prepare commercial comparison statements and analyze the results Preparation of bid documents for client submissions Preparation of costing of the bid, discuss with various inter-departments Follow internal documentations and records as per ISO 9001 system. |
