Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Registration Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for front section and activities at Ajman University. Handles the day-to-day operations of the Office of Registration. The incumbent develops, recommends, plans and administers registration policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving and checking e-requests ( first step), ensuring the completeness of data, and following up on any incomplete data with the students..
Acting as the first point of contact for student inquiries, by email, telephone, and in person. Enhancing the visibility and positioning of the University by courteously developing efficient and customer-focused admissions procedures.
Enhancing the visibility and positioning of the University by courteously developing efficient and customer-focused registration procedures.
Organizes, manages and inputs information into databases.
Participates in the re-enrollment process of current students, tracks progress, and addresses questions.
Responsible for students’ ID card issuance and delivery.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A University Degree is required in Business Administration/IT.
fresh graduate.
 
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Records maintenance skills.
Very good skills in Microsoft package.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff from diverse communities.
Preferably with experience in Banner Student Information System
Database management skills.
Proficiency in additional languages will be an added value.
 
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
No or very limited physical effort required.
No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
