About the Position: Al Futtaim Motors – Toyota is currently looking to recruit an experienced Technical Advisor who will do the symptom confirmation, diagnosis & repair of complex customer vehicle concerns based on direct interaction & road test with the customer, to identify the location, source and magnitude of the customer complaint. The Technical Advisor role will report to the Workshop Manager. This role is specifically designed to interact with customer that experience technical issues. A very knowledgeable role in terms of technical issues to resolve and fix with proper diagnosis. About You: The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering Minimum Experience of at least 5 years as a Diagnostic Master Technician in the automotive industry or similar role. A broad based knowledge to service as a reliable consultant is absolutely essential for this role and be able to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries. Fluency in both the Arabic and English language is imperative for these positions. |
