Job Description:
Clariant Mining Solutions is a trusted global provider of specialty chemicals for mineral processing, with a focus on creating value by improving metallurgical performance for our customers. We offer customized solutions for the end-to-end mining process, including innovative technology in froth flotation chemistry and emulsifiers for explosives.
 
We are now looking for a Supply Chain Management & Customer Service Coordinator, to join our new team in Dubai that has been set up to support the growing importance of both the region and the market for Electrification and Decarbonization minerals

Responsibilities
Manage operative interfaces to the customer other than covered by sales, customer support, or key account management. 
Ensure efficient and consistent, international customer service in compliance with the applicable guidelines
The processing and coordination of all customer concerns regarding orders, availability, price, and complaints, import and export
Order entry, monitoring of delivery dates and delivery processing of current orders and ensuring a proactive flow of information to external and internal customers
Participate in the demand planning process for defined customers.
The handling and coordination of logistics or product-specific inquiries and problems
Manage investigations of product quality problems, resolve root causes, assemble, and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate the cause.
Provide supply chain analysis to support productivity improvements and supply chain project efforts.

Requirements
You will hold a degree in business administration, supply chain management, or similar
You will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or supply chain function, ideally within a similar industry
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, Arabic, and French
Strong digital literacy, analytical abilities, and attention to detail are required to complete reports and manage data.
Prior experience with SAP and sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills are required.
