This temporary Student Worker role will provide administrative support to the IMEA HC Operations team, across a variety of HC operational topics.
Work hours: 20-30 hours per week (flexible)
Maintain records and filing systems
Ensure that Benefit documents are saved in Employees Files
Ad hoc HC support tasks
Clean up of files and documents.
Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
Strong command of English (written and verbal).

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Collaborative team player, but also able to work well independently
Professional, tactful and able to engage with colleagues at all levels in the firm
Excellent communicator – able to deal effectively with people at all levels in a multicultural work environment, both verbally and in writing
Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality strictly
Positive attitude with a sense of fun – collegial and friendly
Methodical, organized and excellent attention to detail
Must be on university or family visa
Should be based in the UAE.
