You’ll be expected to
Get under the skin of your client’s business to form a deep knowledge of how they work and what drives their brand and commercial operations
Establish break-through thinking that addresses client challenges and problems, and helps brands earn a meaningful role in people’s lives
Lead strategy on pitches and proactively identify new areas of opportunity on clients business
Be outcome oriented, not output-led: lead the effectiveness agenda to ensure commercial and brand performance is front and center in your approach
Rigorously pursue powerful truths that inspire original and meaningful creativity
Form a strong partnership with your creative colleagues, helping them produce world class and meaningful work with inspirational briefs and briefings
Develop fresh & imaginative connection plans that guides creatives into daring and bold spaces
Anchor yourself in all things culture and be the authority on it across the agency
Be comfortable managing multiple projects to a very high degree of quality
Be an inspirational leader on all your brands, trusted as such by your colleagues and clients
Continuously develop your own skills, making sure that you and the team establish new and original opportunities that pushes strategy and creativity forward

You must have
At least 7-10 years’ experience as a strategist in a creative agency
Extensive experience of leading strategy and insight for high profile global and regional clients
An impressive point-of-view on strategy, brands, culture, creativity and communications
A deep knowledge of strategic frameworks and concepts
A passion for creativity
A natural ability to tell stories
An acute sense of empathy and self-awareness
