| We are looking for a store Incharge to oversee daily operations at our store, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies. Overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Maintaining outstanding store condition. Creating store policies, maintaining high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment. Providing training to improve the knowledge base of the staff. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.). Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas. |
