As Stewarding Supervisor, we rely on you to: Supervise outsourced stewarding colleagues in the maintenance and sanitation of all food and beverage back of the house. Ensure consistent supply of all operation equipment and items for the food and beverage in line with the hotel standards Implement quality standards in terms of quality of washing Implement breakage and loss controls and ensure stewards practice the same with regards to operating equipment and furniture, fixtures and equipment We are looking for someone who has: Minimum 1 year experience in stewarding in the same role Good communication and organisation skills Certification in food safety / basic food hygiene is preferred |
