| Duties and Responsibilities: The Spa Therapist is accountable for ensuring that all guests receive requested treatments and service in accordance with the Centara Spa’s standard of excellence. Provide a level of service that exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently through manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention. Respond to all client requests in a courteous manner. Ensure all Spa Therapists’ administration is completed at the end of each day. (Worksheets and client records, stock lists, updates of the logbook) Ensure suites are kept clean and tidy according to Spa checklist and health and safety standards.
