You will be ensure that the Al-Futtaim Auto Center adds value through operational efficiencies. You will deliver customer excellence, with the aim of being the Auto Center of choice for all makes/all models vehicles from 3 to 12 years plus. You will also runs an efficient and profitable Auto Center through productive staffing, cost controls, achievement of objectives and the maintenance of all service records. What you will do Ensures that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance. Handles customer complaints immediately and according to operational guidelines Ensures that customers’ service files are up-to-date and readily available for reference Establishes and maintains 24-hour follow-up with all customers to confirm satisfaction with the service experience Forecasts and sets clear goals and objectives for the Auto Center and strives to meet them. Maintains reporting systems required by general management Plan, direct and supervise all aspects of the Auto Center operations including the allocation of all jobs to appropriately skilled technicians. Manage working patterns to ensure sufficient available hours that are fully aligned with the Auto Center work loading. Monitor and manage the Auto Center utilization and efficiency to the desired KPI’s Prepares pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labour operations Develops and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business. Monitors and controls the performance of the Auto Center using appropriate reports, management systems and surveys Oversee service and repair works to ensure all work conforms to RTA roadworthiness standards Accurate & fair compilation of annual & mid-term associate appraisals for all direct reports, in accordance with company policy Carry out a structured documented final inspection of all completed Auto Center services and repairs and on-going maintenance prior to handover of vehicles to the customer Control the issue of spares parts on a daily basis, ensuring all issues are recorded on the appropriate service/repair order, communicating with the correct channels to ensure the necessary replenishment of stock. Required skills to be successful Detailed knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry in terms of service, parts and parts sales. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Automotive Management. Knowledge of balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow and standard business metrics. Excellent English communication skills About the team The role will report to the Regional Manager in the development of strategic plans for the business that increase the retention of customers via exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. What equips you for the role Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering and Business Management specialization Ability to read, analyses, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to top management. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Valid UAE Driver’s License Arabic speakers are added advantage |
